though 900 elo means,a team with 900 elo(guys that aren't good/unlucky maybe and dropped to 900 elo) so it should be difficult to win with a team like this,shouldn't be? I'm playing with random team with 900 elo

It's the same, except if you had premade ranked team then is when elo matters.
