Dude seems you've never played football at any team so let me tell you this.

 

Apart from physical stength, football is all about mind aswell.So, when the referee ain't looking at you, you get the chance to block the other player or even faul him without being noticed.So what do you suggest?More referees in the pitch would make you feel better?
