Your problem is named "ground loop". Your speakers are connect with RCA cables?

Probably this problem is caused from your motherboard.As Zero said it's probably a ground loop.

did you install the sound drivers as you changed computers? usualy sound drivers suck (unless you have some special sound card in your pc) and you should leave them as windows installed them

We did everything, download Sound drivers and Realtek LAN. Also I put the cables on the case now instead of the adaptor I had before and again the same.

I think you don't connect these kind of speakers with RCA cables. So if the problem is not this you must check your sound card. What do you have ?
