On the server I've been playing on the only way I've found that you can over enchant besides a dorf was using your AIO to enchant.  I have personally tried it and you have a far far far better chance enchanting with the AIO since it has all the skills on the character.  Unfortunately on our server it has been caught.

Its A Serverside Config, Some Servers Has +Enchant Rate And Max If U Use A Dwarf To Enchant.

 

I Mean Lvl 80 Chars Can Enchant Up To +16, Dwarf Lvl 80 Can Up To +20 Or Smth Like That

Its nothing like that all players of all levels have an equal chance to enchant and the limit is the same for ALL

 

BTW u dont need to hide this with 150 posts its pointless :S

      Used to have the same issue managing all my masked files from different edits.
