he close server  reason get ddos atk and no have euro buy good protect .....

That's the reason,i talk with zaffi and he collect enough money for a good machine and protect,now he balance the server and in 2 days server will be online.

and donate char will have 5 6 passive skills and special tattoo ?

First of all there isnt special tattoo by donate.and secondly you dont need to donate augment,the augment rate is 32%

you are sure for this because in l2conatagion and renaissance donate have speacial tattoo and many agu skills

First of all the special tattoo that you say is the tattoo that gives 10% hp 10% mp 10% cp and you can get it from votes,about agu skills even the most noob in srv had 5-6 agu skills cuz the agu rate was 32%

look dude normal playier have 1 active/1passive and donator 1active/5,6 passive skills my friend give 200 euro for this.and about tattoo i am not sure but i will ask him
