or how I can  open it  skill.usk ?

Yes i  mean interlude  I have one buffer and I want to  add  animation  when u  press "Wind Walk"  or vhatever  skills  from char u  can see the animations  form the skill and I want to add it to npc  buffer  where I can found  name  the animations ?

That has nothing to do with skill usk. The buffer thing is server sided and I think it's the MSU or MagicSkillUse.

but  can u  tell me  where  ? skilldata or ai  or where ? cause some buffs  have animations some not :s

Honestly not sure but depends on your buffer type (l2j? D: )

Right like I'm supposed to magically know this is supposed to be related to L2 OFF while the thing I posted is used for L2J (90% of you people use L2J anyway). I know how the skillgrp works >_>

skill.ph.28 is the animation ? haha If You dont know how it works, dont try to teach others :]

Animations "type": L

Skill "effect": skill.ph.28

where 28 = base skill ID from where engine takes the effect.
