As far as I know, there's no tax for donating. And yeah you actually donate to keep the service (emulator) up and running.

 

Is your server a church or a philanthropic organization ? If not, you cant accept donations. You have to register your income and pay taxes. That's why almost all private servers are illegal. Not because of the files or NcSoft, but due to tax evasion. To accept donations you must be registered and approved from your country or whatever to do so.

every pm , for every target , must be paid , so I dont care if it's homemade or anything else. I am doing my job , so I need to be paid.

 

Of course for homemade server is too cheap.

There are private servers , who dont accept donations ... so i quess that this is legal

Yes. But there are no private servers that dont accept donations. Even if they dont say it, they do under the table. Pretty sure about it :)

      Hi. I'm trying to rewrite the Lineage 2 interlude interface so that the screen displays information that, for example, the “Curse Gloom” debuff has entered and that it displays what skill has been resisted (there is only general information). Is it possible to do this?
