It's possible, but a lot of skills are required in development Java, 3d and mod of client.

You must first be able to program in Java.

Look at his name. Still there are client issues over there. Also there's one more problem.. You would have to recreate all the armors from start like draconic. Of course as you said you need to mess with java too.

Yes I will tell you the tools. Umodel, File Editor, Unreal Editor 2004 + Gildors patch for animations, 3D Max 9 , ActorxImporter, maybe oukx 6 , photoshop , and last experience & imagination.
