I had tried it on l2world.org and it was working ;/

Download and install or repair .net 2.0 if not works try 4.0

Can we have delays longer than 100 sec at any time soon?

 

sws/bd need 120 sec delay for d/s or they run out of mana

yes you can more than 2-3 hours.
