I had some issues with interlude skills, mobs missing from my 1.79 IG client (i had problems with primevil island mobs), but just follow this simple procedure to correct the issues:

 

1. Download ENGLISH OOG Client 10.8.3 (http://www.4shared.com/file/16222303/f8ce62d2/L2Walker_1083.html)

2. Copy the OOG 10.8.3 L2InfoA.dat file into IG 1.79 folder (overwrite the original)

3. Enjoy ;)
