either u got banned or u have hack tools like hlapex in your l2 folder , in that remove it from there . it also could be that some 1 delated your account . maybe there was an wipe . or try to update your l2 maybe some files are missing/corrupt

if you are playing retail  (i dont think so) you should contac the ncsoft support

if not your account was banned  :-\ (and maybne you should try a reinstall maybe it solves your problems)

then its probably a problem on their side, should try get in touch with GM/Admin...
