reward should be for HWID, not IP or char.

HWID is hardware ID, the only way u can get that is via javascript unless u want client-server vote reward system

 

tell us what exactly you want and how much are you willing to pay

HWID your hardware ids i think, about l2world, how they are checking any char/player voted? to get a reward with command.
