So. i would like to ask: Wich lines should i  change in Armorgrp.dat  to change

Vesper's "f.e." shoulder pads with Dynasty's platinum force master "f.e."?

yes you can, just find the main part armorgp line and find hrr_add10 the red colors is the ip of the pad, you will have to find every pad of armor alone and change it, its not easy nor impossible, but the result will be a shitty vesper armor with two padds from dynasty in dynasty color
