AD carry is usually the one that has farmed most since he needs items more than anyone else. By 40 min you should have 250-300 cs. 130 cs is what you should have at 15-20 min.

Imo, go play supports. I have done more pentakills and Quadra's with AD carry(not ridiculous like yours) than all you got so far with every char :P
