it's good 20% .. cuz it's only one active and one passive

and with 20 everyone can get augments :)

 

hope only that there will be 4-5 sec re-use time at active skills :-s

wanna have healers with actives . sux 100%

Anyway i spoke with Gm . Will decrease ( to 90%) to 9% chance . Gl server !

that's why I said to add re-use time on active augments, lol

and if they make it 9% it sucks, cuz few people will get fast augments ( depends on luck ) and the other will be working hard and it sucks :D

 

 

if they'll make it 9% .. you'll farm MORE for lifestones then for all the other equipement and few days of pvp =)
