Custom Tattoos | Pls Help Me !!!!

Hi,.  I have built my server last week, it is all nice and working... this forum has been of great help..

 

Now I need HELP ^^ .. The only thing that I haven't done yet are the custom tattos.  :o

 

Does anyone have I to be downloaded  or even a guide "How to " would be of great help..

 

*I tryed by creating new itens and adding skills to it... worked but the ID dysplay was wrong and it showed itens that already exists. but what I rellay wanted show be as an icon was the buffs icons like for Symbol of Power "icon of the Might skill.. somthing like that.

 

*I also tryed to create new itens and config it on the xml file that goes on the armors folder (data>stats>armor) and couldn't make it work.

 

Please let me know if I am in the right direction.

 

I am sure once I do it, it will be easy but just don't know where to start

Can you tell me how you save your text in .XML form?? I tried it but I can't...

What I did to the xml file was this:

They work, but ypou need to edit them in the itemname-e and armorgrp on your system folder if you want to change their names and icons.

 

I did edit the itemname-e sucessifully, but the armorgrp don't let me save the file after edited.

 

So, I still need HELP !!!to learn how to do a proper custom tattoo.

my opinion is dont put custom tattoos in your server....

make them just give p def dont stats : speed/c speed/p attack and more...

cause you make your server unbalanced....

hmmm sps with full buffs and tattoo for casting speed maybe have 1600+ c speed.. thats mean they are undropable many casts in low time its many magic criticals...

Thanks for your advice v3rgador, but I ended up not doing them ^^

 

The server is nice now, without tattoos... and will continue like this.

just add 1 for iincrease speed, run slow is boring when u go to some spot or for pvp

take from weapon stats (like p.atk or attack speed and put it to tattoos stats) and u will ok;)
