Let me guess that protection is included in the extender? You do know that the attacks you will get are UDP floods right? What than?

You do realize that OFF can only use just over 1/2 of that right? What do you have for hard drives?

Players these days are pretty familiar with the current extenders and will want to know what you are using...why hide it?

 

No, we have cisco firewall, if we will need something better we will buy it for ddos.

It's not quite that simple. You get a large UDP flood and your provider will just null-route you there is nothing you can buy to help. Unless you did your homework and are on a real ddos protected network that can mitigate and scrub large amounts of trafic. I don't think you are on a network like that though.

Just thought I would let you know your wasting money on Ram and wanted to see what your harddrives are. If you get over 1k players best have 15k drives :)

Kasha-malaga will chase away your players its a huge pain in the ass. There are a few devs here who could make you a real good anti-bot if you ask them.
