Θα Χρειαστειται:

1) ζαχαρη

2)καφε(Ελληνικο)

3)Νερο(Βρισης)

4)Φλιτζανη

5) αναπτηρας

6)Γκαζακη

7)Κουταλι

 

τορα ξεκιναμαι ;)

 

λοιπον αφου εχεται τα απαρετοιτα συστατικα ξεκινατε...βαζεται στο φλιτζανη ναιρο και μετα το αδιαζεται στο μπρικη ετσι οστε να ειναι ισω.. βαζουμε μια κουταλια καφε και μια ζαχαρη αν τον θες σκετο.. μετα περνουμε τον αναπτηρα αναβουμε το γκαζακι και βαζουμε πανο το μπρικη με τα συστατικα μας μεσα.. μετα(αυτο ειναι ενα κολπο δεν το ξερουν πολλοι .. ανακατεβουμε απο αρισττερα προτα και μετα οσες φορεσ ανακατεπσαμε απο αριστερα τοσες φορες ανακατεβουμε και απο δεξια.. περιμενουμε να βραση(Προτιματε σιγανη φοτια ..αργη και αποτελεσματικη) αφοτου βραση θα βγαλη φουσκαλες και θα φουσκοση τοτε το σικονετε το μπρικη και το σερβιρεται στο φλιτζανη.. και μετα απολαμβανεται τον καφε σας..

λοιπον αφου εχετε τα απαραιτητα συστατικα ξεκινατε...βαζετε στο φλυτζανι νερο και μετα το αδειαζετε στο μπρικι ετσι ωστε να ειναι ισο.. βαζουμε μια κουταλια καφε και μια ζαχαρη αν τον θες σκετο.. μετα παιρνουμε τον αναπτηρα αναβουμε το γκαζακι και βαζουμε πανω το μπρικι με τα συστατικα μας μεσα.. μετα (αυτο ειναι ενα κολπο δεν το ξερουν πολλοι ..) ανακατεβουμε απο αριστερα πρωτα και μετα οσες φορες ανακατεψαμε απο αριστερα τοσες φορες ανακατεβουμε και απο δεξια.. περιμενουμε να βρασει (Προτιματε σιγανη φωτια ..αργη και αποτελεσματικη) αφοτου βρασει θα βγαλει φουσκαλες και θα φουσκωσει τοτε το σηκωνετε το μπρικι και το σερβιρετε στο φλυτζανι.. και μετα απολαμβανετε τον καφε σας..
