Ok this is bug with that 35hp 1hp maps where u fall first...

 

So when u are falling down press Space and Ctrl [ Jump and Duck ] few times before fall and u will take less fall dmg then it supposed to be...

I tested this on 1hp map and it works good, sometimes u have 35 sometimes 65 sometimes u dont get any fall damage and stay on 100
