Both L2Inc and L2Tns already have High Five developed solelly by the server admins/devs. Regading l2jserver's pending release of high five, the dev team doesnt have the same opinion. For example, MERELIX announced that it probably wont get released, while PhoenixBird said that L2J will stay as open source.

L2Inc is a different fork and tns work on its own as far as client compatibility goes.

About melerix and tpb well ye but who knows which 1 is true melerix is actually the only 1 working in open source so i dont think he would like the idea of going private the rest idk...

Which is why i posted there and asked about a public statement from the team about their plans ;) I also highly doubt that l2incs and l2tns files differ that much from vanilla l2j. They may have done improvements, but the structure should be the same. Especially l2tns.

Now regarding l2j, i appreciate the fact that they may wanna go private, its perfectly logical and accepted. What is not accepted is them not having a public release of their plan. You can either go private, stay open source. Provide compatibility and/or features. But whatever you do, be clear to the community about your goals and plans. Whatever those may be.

All it needs for evil to rise , is great men to do nothing.

That should clearly describe the ascention of nBd and his team in the throne of l2j ;)

Indeed its going down since nbd took over but anyway i think high5 will be public
