i have a problem,when im click login start bat i have on a box message :name java is not recognized,like output and input message

i copy this in my folder l2 http://rapidshare.com/files/91823987/system.rar and too my system this http://rapidshare.com/files/102751622/L2.rar.html and now open loaderct1.exe and me login and see this  you are currently logging in.please wait a moment and me wting long time and nothing anyone know why?
