i dont think vladimir is for newbies...need a lot of effort to learn and practise his life sucking skills in 1v1 or worst in team pvps!after his nerf he cant be any longer tank...just mage ...same way as twitch...evelyn and teemo are invis too but i didnt see any lameness on noobness to them ;)

Cho can interrupt Kata's ulti and delay her burst with his Q+W.

 

Twitch is too easy for Cho... Just his ulti takes out 1/2 of his HP.

vladimir is banned  50% at ranked+ nerfed a lot
