As we all know there are few types of ddos atacks

I would like to ask you all which is most common ddos atack type against L2 servers?

Yes i have some sense of humor in smartness but on in stupidness.

Yes, and think better, my asnwer has a point, if you make the door bigger it's like you extend your router/pc/server with more 'protections'.

 

Anyway let's not go offtopic. Btw let's wait for the author of this topic to reply, because we need to know if he is talking about dedicated or home computer.

The best solution is to buy the server and not have a dedicated server to a remote place where u can't work on it, so u can protect it with hardware firewall and generally to be able to react fast at these situations.
