Ok let me set this clear First of all Dota IS the mother OF MOBA itself Lol is a game made for newbies that could not play dota , dota was not noob friendly back then . A DoTA player can play any other MOBA, a lol player can not even play lol properly LOL has a database of 90% players 12-15 years old DOTA2 has Much Better Graphics than LOL DOTA2 gives plenty of millions as a reward on international tours.

It depends on what you need. For e.g If you need DDOS protections, you can go to hyperfilter If you don't need protections there are plenty of webhosting companies out there starting with 2-2,5 Eu per month.
