Tell me what you do last time (viruses delete smth from registry? install new software or hardware? ) try to take Hard Disk and turn on at another computer as 1st device or 2nd device. use HJ tools look for Memory Ram (1st just move a little) take out 1 bank of ram and try to turn on computer. Btw we need more info: XP-W7-Vista-W8 RAM:? CPU:? HDD:? Try to hear that there is no error like BEEP or smth.
