99% of the servers on atm are crap anyway... maybe sharing like this can resurrect L2 and put up a few good servers atleast worth playing on.

All servers suck... since Extreme Revenge Forever went down.... there have not been any good servers. They all are giant farm fests and then the server shutsdown a month later. L2 Osiris is coming back up... but sounds a little boring. L2 Forever is coming back up... but not original staff... still sounds fun tho... Forever shields Ftw... Sublimity is great but..... farm forever to catchup to donators/people who played for 2 years.... and its too customized. All thats really needed is a mid - hr Interlude - Hellbound (gracia is too excesive) with 1 - 2 custom sets.... 2 - 3 farming zones and 1 party zone.... and chaotic pvp party zone... with epic drops. Server would be flooded day 1.

This is common sense.... only a noob admin will leave their passwords at default r/r yea this is only worth like maybe 30 posts.... anyone who has setup an l2j server before probably thought of this... then again most servers nowadays are hosted by idiots.... ;)

I don't want any credit... it's just ID'S of common junk people like to spawn ;D w/e Credits to NcSoft? For making ID'S lol? If you have other ID'S you use a lot should post them here so we have 1 big list of people's fav ID'S... Maybe Even ID'S to spawn bosses etc. etc.. Another nice thing to have is XYZ teleport locations for All Special places in Lineage....

Yes this is what I think it is.... I sorted out a few of them ;) cursed weapon etc.... a lot of my stuff is just out of order i think .... stupid little mistakes from lack of experience with this setup. I think the majority of the prob i have is updating the database from c4 to Interlude.... honestly I set into this project to create a C5 server .... but theres only like 1 pack available and it seemed more plausible to jump into interlude and try to back track a little....via customizations. Is there not a DbScript/SqlScript pack somewhere that has this stuff fairly set other than changing the ip's db user info etc...? Also I formated and lost a lot of my packs (now only have 1.5~dll) anyone can link me a 1.6 pack? nothing on any forums are labeled anymore... and most of the links are dead everywhere. PS: does PP have an SVN where I can pull some C5 stuff from? ironically some packs I have have really nice DB's that work with Hellbound .... but meh i don't want HB ... -_- here I am trying to get as close to C5 - Interlude and im being pushed towards HB ~Gracia (shutters in fear at the thought of playing gracia again.... :-X). IE: ALTER TABLE user_data ADD will give me Msg 4902, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Cannot find the object "user_data" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions. Msg 4902, Level 16, State 1, Line 2 Cannot find the object "pledge" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions. Another prob I have is There is already an object named 'lin_ReloadRatesByAccountId' in the database. When theres not .... fresh clean DB... im going to wipe entire db and start over. ps: There are some stuff about dynamic rates.... is this needed / can disable it somehow i don't want "dynamic rates" I want non-dynamic ones ? im not sure if this is some sort of mod to adjust rates of server on the fly or something... if so i would like to disable that... and have set rates... or am i mistaken in that assumption? I have used this cleanup utility SQLPACK from PP but still get same User_data probs (does not exist) how can I make this table -_-.. /where is it lin2word?

Is there a way to modify the npc from ingame? Ie //setexp of mob 99 just to see if its working and my data is bad?

Does the old server setup guide follow true with most packs? How does XP work. The way I udnerstand it... L2server ini under event... u set the exp 100 = 1x 1000=10x 10000=100x I get this Npcdata.txt (inside scripts) i use a rater and save back in unicode .. Database I use DBscript setup from another pack... to get the basic db's up. I must be missing something, I got a 1.6mb pack working (dumper ty)... still having xp issues... it must be DB related.... Running Win 2003 X64.... Running SQL2005 Don't know why I think it has to do with user_data in SQL... maybe missing a table? any input would be cool ^^ funny thing is only way I get HP working at all is using a Hellbound L2off pack that i don't wana use ;p... I have a few packs, dumper doesn't work for me atm so I can't get 1.5/1.6 keys would anyone happen to know where i can get a full 444? I must of downloaded a lot of diff packs from diff sites, these files are all old and every pack is missing 1 part or another from cacheD, to extenders..... trying to filter the crap out and get a good starting position. Low - Bugs Low - Corruption No-Lag ~~~~~ Working Raids ~~~~~ Optional Dusk Weapons ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What I feel 90% of the l2 players out there are looking for is a server with minimal custom stuff, yet stable lag free server free of corruption. L2-Saint was coming close to achieving this but the Gms and admins hand out full sets of boss jewels for 60 - 80$.... and pretty much sell anything to the higest bidder.... even stuff off the donation list.... The gm's are all corrupt and they keep getting changed out every week..... almost all the donators are running around with full boss jewels..... and valakas is so boosted that theres actually not enough people on the server even at peak hours to down the boss. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ L2mxc lags like shit.... move that server closer to the usa and decrease the farming and maybe it would be good....

yea... most of this stuff is junk that barely works haha;p should be a fun project. Mobs give 0 exp/sp? how fix? i have tried using script editor to change npcdata... always get 0 exp and -282838213 (negative sp)...? where is xp table stored? just in npcdata/scripts? using ..444? common ?bug?

Nvm i figured it out... the ip's are causing the issue.... if i use all localhosts.... as ip it loads... so must be some kinda ip miss match.... maybe made a typo in one of the config ini files....

I can vouch for server 2008 sucking hard for this kind of thing.... i was bored and decided hey... why not run an l2 server for old times sake???? Booted up Server 2008.... Booted up SQL 2008.... Crash/Lag/Death Crash Lag Death sadly i only have copy of 32- Bit server 03.... -_-.... lost x64 pbay ftw......

Just started on this server 2 days ago, probably the last remaining glimer of hope for an Interlude OFF server. The server runs great, and the staff is friendly/knowledgable, you can tell these guys are out to make the best server possible for the people playing on them. Keep up the good work, L2 Saint WILL be the next top Server.... might be up there where L2 Extreme/Revenge was one day. A little about the server: Custom Farming Zones Cave of Trials L o A and Giants cave (drops S - Grade) U need Ancient Adena to unseal S - A grade armor and to ass SA to S grade Wep. Currently there are no Custom Items but GM'S talking about adding some fun custom stuff, as well as more farm zones Note: even though I said farm zones above, you really don't have to farm for weeks on end... I played for maybe 1 - 2 nights and have 3 guys 76+ (2 of them in FULL S) and 1 SpS in Top A. Its a pretty good server with very few problems.... and w/e problems they do have get sorted out quickly. Try this server if you are looking for an Interlude L2 - OFF server you will probably like it.

For the AIO pack File front says it has Viri . . . but I extracted the .exe doesn't seem to be anything really malicious in there but scan it anyway just to be safe. .. . also LOL on a side note GIme as much Negative Karma as you all Want I dont care ;P Im just here to spoil the Fun for the people dumb enough to pay for shit like this XD . . . This proly last post on this pos site.
