FYI: we use l2off files since 2004 About protection : a simple google search can show u the costs of any antiddos companies on market : hyperfilter,stormwall,ovh etc. Without ddos protection u cant open srv when ypu have ru players there :) .

DEX joined in coop project with liru . Right now we have only one server Hel x30 High Five . Project Skadi x300 give a chance to old nanna players to find their characters once again in game . The times when u can keep only one server for long time sadly passed . We are only L2 since 2004. I can give you one fast Reason : 2000euro + the ddos protection u need to pay monthly to be able to stay alive with current ru servers (on arion we used a 1000 euro protection :)).
