Αυτό για το email που λες ΝΟΜΙΖΩ είναι smf mod και δεν είναι by default(δεν το θυμάμαι),αν θες πήγαινε ψάξτο στο admin panel και αν δεν το βρεις είναι σίγουρα mod(package) που πρέπει να κάνεις install.
