To be perfectly honest, the only thing I LIKE is the top 'MadCheaters' thing. It looks good and the lightning is subtle but gives it a little more complexity so that it doesn't look too bland in terms of colors. I would have placed the text on there a little bit higher though, just a little. But that's just me. The rest is really meh, imo. It just doesn't really look much like anything, not really like an intro either. I wouldn't really place a menu on an intro, I don't know. The menu bar lacks something. Maybe try and add some Bevel & Emboss and add in a faint gradient? But yeah other than that there isn't much else to comment on. It isn't bad but it is lacking.

Well, the logo itself is alright and I like it even though it's not much different from that current. However - personally - I would have chosen anoter font. Don't really fancy this one but yeah, not bad. I'd change the font, as I said, but that's just me. But with logos, the right font is more than half the work done

Yes, that's better already! Took my time to maybe point out what I mean a little more with this image Could look a little like this perhaps, but whether thats better or not thats for you to decide :P Light might be a little too much and stuff, but you get the point (?) xD And as for the render and blending that right arm in a little more, could try and erase stuff around the arm with a soft brush a little bit so that it looks like some of it fades into the back(ground). That has the effect of it looking like the light (or w/e) is shining onto the arm/hand.

As for the event itself: while it is a competition, the goal shouldn't be to win but simply to participate. With all this bickering all you are doing is shy away new participants.

Well, considering you want some 'advice' on the text specifically.. (the sig itself looks great, however maybe you could have tried to place some more lightning on his chest, where the lightning spiral hits or rather surrounds him, just an idea!) Imo, the text stands out too much. Probably because of the drop shadow (?). Theres a few dark spots under the text that cause this. I personally feel like the Wyatt is a little too big too, and maybe a font that is a little more curly would have fit better here. Then again, this is just me theorizing. You could have maybe tried to make the light thing in his hand on the left have the same color as the sig itself too. (violet, purple rather than blueish) But thats just an idea as well. Overall, quite solid imo :P PS: The "Feel it" seems a little too big and the words seem to have too much space in between.

Dude, you're starting to slightly piss me off with comments like that. I am a GFX Moderator, because the staff here believes in my skill and capabilities in said area. You would do well to trust my and the other moderators judgments and stop being so grumpy and holding a grudge against it. After all, if people feel like this contest and everything related to it is corrupted and staged, we might just not have one at all. Would you guys prefer that?

If there is a thread with a [C&C] tag - which most in this section are, if not all - then I expect you to give a proper commentary. It doesn't matter whether or not you are experienced in GFX or not. EVERYONE can point out things he LIKES and/or DISLIKES and perhaps even tell the poster how he could improve etc. And comments like "good job, i like it" are utmost useless and contribute nothing to the actual thread and it's purpose. That's why I'm deleting these posts. I don't care WHO you are, I don't care what rank you have. Only by deleting and enforcing these rules will people learn to write a little more than just a few words and submit their post.
