Anubis, do you know a way how to add a or replace a single / multiple files with the autoupdater, without having to re-upload all files? For example, if i have a newer version of itemname-e.dat how would i update the autoupdater with it? Edit: nvm, i found a way. Just re-build the files and upload the new/changed ones ;D

Those few mysql tweaks mentioned there will hardly solve the problem this guy has eh. The problem is lag indeed, lag caused by slow cpu, little RAM and playing on the same pc that's hosting the server. A few optimization tricks won't solve it.

Your imports are wrong, you need to change the lines like this: from net.sf.l2j.gameserver.xxx.xxx xxx into this: from com.l2jfree.gameserver.xxx.xxx xxx

Increase your servers specifications ;) There is no 'delay' programmed into the subclass-change, it happens as fast as your server can issue the request.

Why don't you use this setting in altsettings.properties # Allow player sub-class addition without checking for unique quest items. AltSubClassWithoutQuests = True This way players can add subclasses without doing the quest, but they still need to be level 75 or higher.

Most servers don't allow remote connections to their database, or the user setup for remote connection is just to enable some website features. I doubt u could gain access to a 'proper' server by brute forcing.

the PHP code is correct, it shows the raids as alive because the database table has not been altered yet - this only happens after a server restart. The problem is that the gameserver states that the respawn_time has been updated, but it really only updates it after a restart....
