wrong for me it works and i have Windows 7 Ultimate ;) maybe you didn't install corectly the patch i had that problem too if it gives problems with files.dll you didn't install good the patch ;)

i don't realy can say that is very great coz that are the hero weapons a modified btw: they are great but next time you should modify a lot the weapons do not look like others ;)

CT1 = Kamael i didn't sayd L2J or L2OFF i just want a server Kamael rates: more than 1000xEXP 1000xSP 1000xAdena Enchant,drop,items(custom,normal) doesn't mater

it doesn't give safe enchant i think you can enchant without scrolls so on middle,low rate server you make economy for adena also its like blessed
