In 1-2 days u can make urself vesper set and weapon. is not so hard as u say. its a future srv that dont wipe every 1 month. and about quest for substack it takes about ~1 hour - maximum 2. I dont understand guys like you that saying shits about smth thats not true. Anyway we had open beta 1 month. why u never sad anything and now u see that is up and start to make bad posts.?

yea but i think its better to add VESPER on shop because all players could aquire instead of making at raidboss only a clan/ally to farm it and let it none there. Anymore ideas that you would love to see on a HighRate ?

Yes about raidboss i will make some customs one. About epics i was thinking to let them with quest enter, BUT to respawn every 6-12 Hours a epic boss. Also quest reward for the q items to be 3x . BTW about normal enchants to take it with adena? And blessed to drop raidboss? and maybe in shop with 1 harder currency ( like special coins?)

I made level up zones so would be easily for the newone that are bored on each server at 10 levels to change the spot for farming only for 1 monster thats why i wannaa make 40-65(low) 65-83(medium) and rest i was thinking about 2 custom zones for good farming (PAGAN and Abandoned Coal mines) because of the place that can make strategy for pvp. Also for the start i would give free pass only on 1 good farming zone in case of too low players and in case of overcrowded place i would give to the next one. About PvP zone i dont know becuase on every highrate PvP is always on the farming zone. GMSHOP about gmshop what do u wanna say up to dynasty. for vesper to make some specific coins +adena to take it?. And what about normal enchants and blessed enchant? Buff Slots. Yes limited i would think of 25 +14

If you are a premium, got 25 premium points and active substuck at the substuck manager your subclass skills will appear on your main class as well. The trick is you can do it only on same race. Enchant system Enchant system is progresive. What does that mean? Well on first enchant you will always get a 100% chance. After that, for every normal character enchanting with a normal scroll the enchant rate will lower by 6%. That means +2 will be 94%, +3 will be 88% and so on. What about others? Well blessed scrolls lower just by 3% on each enchant. Any other scroll like Crystal Scrolls are not present in here and have no rate. Also there is no safe value and maximum enchant is set to +16. If you are a premium character your rate will increase by 1% on all scrolls. That means +2 will be 95%, +3 will be 90% and so on for normal scrolls and +2 will be 98%, +3 will be 96% and so on for blessed scrolls. Now after you know everything about it, GOOD LUCK! Premium and Premium points Premium is a rank you receive by completing different requirements. Check the Premium Manager ingame to see how you can get it. Why do I need premium? Well without premium character and 25 premium points you cannot add a substuck. Also premium characters got +1% enchant rate as a bonus and the premium tiara which boosts the HP, CP and MP a bit. How can I get premium points? You can transform your PvP and Pk points into premium points, you win one premium point for every TvT won and also you can just randomly win one by normal playing at a rate of 0.001%. Farming Basicly you got anything you need on the Gatekeeper. There are low grade farm zones, mid grade farm zones, and high grade farm zones. Also we got all kind of raids from party raids to clan strong raids. Kill them and you will find out more. Drop system This is one of the things many players will like I belive. On most servers you get nothing if someone comes over and does the last shot on your monster. Not here! The drop is given to the one which deals most of the damage. EX: We got a monster with 10.000 HP. Player 1 deals a total of 4.000 and Player 2 the rest of 6.000. Even if Player 1 does the last hit, Player 2 will get all drops. Not much of a thing you might think but this also works for parties. Now raiding becomes tricky! Nobless No items or NPCs needed for this one. Kill a Tyrannosaurus on Primival Isle and you have a 33% chance to become nobless. Or, of course, you can get it the oldschool boring way. The community is pretty low but i think will rise up pretty fast.

Hello community of MXC. Im here to discuss with you about opening of a highrate and how it should be because i want to hear the opinion of persons not only mine. Me personal when i think at a nice HighRate i think at: Chronicle: Epilogue Low level zone(new ones and for subclass (40-65) Medium level zone( same just a little higher(65-80) High Level Zone - 1-2(depends number of players) zones that you farm normally for the currency - 1 little small that is SAFE ZONE but the drop is 2-3 times harder than in the normal one - 1 normal zone that when you are there you have a 'X' chance to get flagged so its a little more dangerous but the DROP is 2x time better. The items to can be bought by lets say : Adena + Some medals. Champions: only 83 + monsters and to drop 1 special medal 100% and with that coin lets say you get with 5 coins + some Adena = Blessed Enchants. I want to hear what do you think about it and ALSO to give me some nice suggestions to be an enjoyable server. Thanx, andr3iu7z

On a eq4 i hold up in same time 1000 players with not optimizied MYSQL/and java settings. configured properlly could hold up up to 2000. Dont lie if you dont know.

i have a problem with this nice custom :( it camed to the auctioner, some clans bought them , but when they die , they dont get prompted ''to clan hall'' and when they use soe to ch they act like a normal soe . anyone have any ideea why?

Not we are not owned we announced to change password and we worked yea lot we recovered about 80 chars till now about 40 left and we gonna do it :) 1200 still on and rising so its ok for us:D It was a lesson but whatever. I am the owner of l2stars. The server is not closed , at least not yet and we hope we will not have to close it. They did not hacked the server, thay missused my trust. they where players there and we where talking on skype for some days , and pretending that they want to help , I GAVE THEM ACCESS to my computer by Teamviewer, and using that connection tahy stoled the accounts.sql Now they broke the site, thats is true , it will make our work even more difficult, but we will not give up in front of our players. When u change the accounts and passes u just delay the inevitable. I personaly banned today more than 1000 accounts ;) and my colegues also. I will not be able to use the items, not there, so u lose hours to change passes to hundreads of accounts, we bann all ip related in one query to be safe. Have fun , we have a lot of time, do u also have hours to lose? What can u do? break items? delete? trade? items.log keep them all, for us they r some bites that we just restore.
