when you try to login does login's or game's server console say something?

@lain, I got a better method :P just reconnect ur modem/router. it will automatically request a new address from your ISP Only for those who have dynamic ips he means: what if they got static ip address...

while on login screen, press start>run "cmd" and type "netstat -b" find the process l2.exe and over it a IP:PORT will be indicated. or tell me his site so I could figure it out.
