Try No-IP service. It will allow you to get a static address. Maybe this will work. But you can get a static ip also - talkto youre ISP.

Your AMXX Version should be ok. For statistic information (quest. #3) enable the miscstats.amxx in plugins.ini Maybe youre AMX Super causes the errors. I will help you via teamviewer ;)

If you know server ips, you can connect via: connect ip:port Try this in console. Mostly port is 27015 But if you dont know any servers, and you ONLY want to connect via server browser, check, if youre firewall blocks youre cs ;) maybe turn it off!
