    I don't rly trust that method it looks strange that by clicking skill i skills window u have shorter reuse mby it's just visual bug?

    As they said at normal retail like servers u won't get healed 10 secs before start so if u even get zealot it would be chance to loose fight with some mage or archer that would kill u before u get him.

    Mby he want tell something about that skills from augment have double time from Skill mastery - Depending on user's STR, the re-use time resets or the duration doubles.
