u don't need to put in the l2/system folder ...i think that u have an Anti-virus and its blocking it... change Ur AV or add it to exception phx ,,, copy paste the error here i want to see it ..

Do u get an error from Ur login sv ? did u do all right? look at Ur login server console ... if u find an error then post a screenshot with the error

The problem is that the item u inserted is from an other sv ... the db is not the same .. u need to change it to work ... what type of sv do u have?

Server is working correctly but your external ip is Ur lan ip .. if u want other players to play on Ur server u need to make a host go www.no-ip.com GS & LG Config IP and Port : GameserverHostname=0.0.0.0 GameserverPort=7777 ExternalHostname=YourHostName* InternalHostname=127.0.0.1 or InternalHostname=192.168.1.64 LoginPort=9014 LoginHost=127.0.0.1

what ip do u have ? dynamic ? make a host go www.no-ip.com also add to Ur firewall to exceptions Ur ports or turn it off ... what router do u have ? what internet?

i didnt read only the first one ... the configurations are good if u insert the ports what u need in the firewall 9014 , 2106, 7777 or disable the firewall.. and u make port forwarding on Ur router normaly it must work.... look at Ur login sv for some error like this one WARN : Error creating ServerSocket: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind or reinstal java. If Ur using no-ip then don't forget to log in to N0-IP DUC else it will not work.
