I recommend the NetLimiter - Firewall+Showing Connections, ports, etc+dis..um.. U can.. control which program can use bandwich.. and how much of it.. sorta.. ^^'

Use some free DNS from web? U can surf through proxy and IPs cause ur DNS is incomplete, or corrupted. http://www.opendns.com/

Dex is usualy giveing a lot of nothing... SR coul use +Dex to maximize Evasion, but nothing more. +5str +4wit -5con -4int

"-Game Guard turned off" Yea... on my server GameGuard IS TURNED OFF...on after this patch i got error 150 from GG... Even replacing *.ini's and NWindow.dll to old didn't helped.... -
