The machine cost alot of $$$ I cant afford to pay for a Developer .. The developer who will work with us will be recompensated after the server starts it life .. I guess im looking for a guy who wold like to make something good and watch it grow The reason there are not many good server is becaus all the Java developers want $$$ And dont want to create a nice server with team work ... Like you see ... i got the resources (Server, Dedicated internet conection, Site) The perfect example is my former Dev who was greede and ran with the old project.
