Since we're talking about an l2Off server, I suggest you a lowrate, cause high rate + L2off is a kind of waste, why? Not any big list of custom items which make highrates to be pretty good and it requires a pretty nice machine, but if your highrate server fail, you'll waste your serverhosting machine too cause of a lil amount of players. So, make a lowrate server like x7 or something like this ;>
