You are correct about this but i was informed for this server about 3 days ago. It's not my server... Patch with unlimited zoom and windows 10 compatibility has been released!!!

I will suggest you to install Linux (debian or Ubuntu server edition) instead of windows and with an SSD (as xdem said) and with the correct configuration it will allow you to handle more than 300 ppl
