I read what you said but understand the fact that the key problem is not maxtor but the staff as it is and when an abusive member take over the staff like grisom did its bad for everyone ok maxtor did idiot things too but the key problem is the egotestical staff which is now demoted.

It was always a gmod who took care about things before it was Noble and things were good and Grisom and things were bad now again Noble and things looking better its not about maxtor since ages.

Things changed since than the ones that i blamed for everything thats bad around here are gone now.

It does make sense you just cant get it. If you c/p formulas from freya for example where lets say archers have range based damage you will have a gracia part1 feature in il and many many many other things come with it.
