Yes you can because l2.ru and korean servers are in grow since hellbound while NA retail is actually just smaller and smaller. Russian and korean servers have much better gameplay/player count/in general experience than they did lets say in interlude times and before. :)

If that would be the case nobody would play the game or atleast not that much people.Besides yes l2 is not a story based game but people like it for totally different things than a quest system and story people like it because of the combat part. The other servers such as the koren ones or l2.ru for example ar at their prime and they thank you they are more than pleased with the state of l2. Separate the death of a game from a useless and pointless personal opinion and base it on facts from the stats of servers(since if a game would be dead nobody would play it right?).

Never ever promote someone based on how much spam he/she did in report sections. Allow custom title editing for normal members too. Separate the exploits from the general sections.

You dont need to change the subnet thats the noob part in it from the l2j wannabes. Change only the gameserver adress with a valid and resolvable ip.
