65535 is a standard anyway this means the incoming connections blocked so you cant open ports for an l2 server.The l2.ini problem can be a problem from fileedit maybe you saved in wrong version idk(i never client-fuck-up)try it out with a normal host too

well yes because of epic weapon/armor...you dont get it what i tried to say...these things are always fucked up because of kids make the stats so that can cause too strong mages well your subclasses seems okay(even if in my opinion a summoner better for certification bonus) try to add some resist also for dye go to +5con -5str +4dex -4 str (because you have highly enchanted weapon)
