ehm 0.0.0.0 as ip adress?and again no-ip crap why everybody use no-ip crap while they can use their own ip too?(ofc home made crap servers work other way anyway...) 0.0.0.0 is not a valid ip and btw use the *(bind all adress)is dumb too because of you play on the same pc i guess where the server runs internal hostname always 127.0.0.1 the external hostname is in yourr case the no-ip wheres the problem with that?
