x? Spawn your npc, and go ingame and //server_restart 10 (or //restart_server i don't remember) and wait the server reboot and your npc should be here.

If you //spawn id, the spawn is saved and after the RR, the server should spawn your npc again.

I think he won't say about server side but client side. If in giran for example, 15 ppl make OE in the same time, it will be boring i guess (if i understand good..)

as Tryskell said, when you'll reach +6 and +15, two fireworks will pop... I think it's better to find, where it's actually coded for +6 and +15 and change for every enchant.

You go ingame and /loc to get the location you want. After you go in peace_zone.xml, you take example from another zone for the head of the zone. After for each 'node', you put the locations from your /loc. After some nodes, you restart server and try the zone safe ^^
