Firs take he other archer's is sh1t c-grade: plated set emi+cs b-grade: doom light set bop - this is the best weapon a-grade: Mj light+bop until s grade s-grade: DB+focus/mj set Dye: +4str -4con, +4dex -4con and take a lot cp pots for pew pew :P
