twitch is not viable since tanky dps' are introduced. He's ok for pubstomping,but nothing else. Start with doran,farm till bf sword,then gank some weaklings with no/wasted escape spells. Rush IE then Black Cleaver,PD,BT and some defensive items like banshee or guardian. Masteries 21-0-9,Runes: armorpen is mandatory,rest is your business,id get critrate and +mdef. But since the game allows tanky dps's to run a triforce+defensive gears(warmog,atma,sunfire,fon etc) and they kill you much faster than you could kill them,or anyone in teamfights,you ll b useless.
