Mp / stucked matk from buffs is great, and since you are full buffed you care only for matk and mp (more matk > lower mp loss). Necros can be beter with MA too, they work as debuffers on big scale pvps. More mat > more chances to land debuffs.

Mxc doesn't have any organization imho. You can see wow mods dekarma people in l2 sections or platinums locking topics that saying something bad (but real) about their server. Anything but this. But seriusly if you play in pvp server (which you rarely tanking/ and you having OP items) just use +2 str / +2 dex -4con. If you playing on mid/low and oly use +3dex -3con only. It's extremely useful, even if the effects doesn't seem to worth the health loss. It will make diference in many games. Also use EVERYWHERE (mid/low/high rates)+4wit / -4int . You heals/tols casting time increased without any loss.
