Απλά για 4 ημέρες σταμάτα να παίζεις l2 όταν βαρίεσαι και κάνε κάτι διαφορετικό.Δηλαδή θα αντικαταστήσεις την κακή συνήθεια του να παίζεις l2 με κάτι διαφορετικό της επιλογής σου.
