If you want an advice from me, next time before you make any deal ask samples of the seller to check his work, search a bit about it. Now whats wrong with you is the money you were about to give. 1k money? Its huge ammount for a website and a server. There are people here who are truly professional and wouldnt even receive 1/4 of the money. Thats the only weird with you. But you also need to learn that after buyer check the seller profil and his generall image IF he accept him, he must give him 30-40% of the money before the work.
